Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only, unless we clearly state otherwise on the website.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on working days. During particularly busy periods, launches, holidays, or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may take longer.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to carriers, weather, strikes, customs, technical issues, or other events outside our control.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive when reasonably expected, please use the contact form on the support page and include your order number.
Change of mind returns
If you buy from the website as a UK consumer, you may usually have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you want to cancel your order, and then a further 14 days to send the item back. Returned items should be sent back in a resaleable condition, with all original parts and packaging where reasonably possible.
Return costs
Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, you are normally responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled item.
Refunds
If a return is accepted, we will normally refund you to the original payment method within a reasonable period after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence of return, in line with applicable law.
Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
Non-returnable exceptions
Certain goods may not qualify for a change-of-mind return if an exception applies under consumer law, for example personalised items or sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons. If an exception applies, we will make that clear at the point of sale where possible.
