These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pucksy website, your purchase of products from the website, and, where applicable, your use of the Pucksy app and related services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
In these terms, “Pucksy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Pucksy website and related brand experience. If you need to contact us, please use the contact form on the support page.
Products and availability
We try to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we may update product information, availability, pricing, or specifications at any time. Product images are intended to be representative, but colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on screens, lighting, or small production variations.
Orders
Placing an order through the website is an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are the prices payable at the time of ordering, unless there is an obvious error. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
Shipping
Shipping terms, delivery regions, and dispatch estimates are described on the website and may be updated from time to time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns, cancellations, and faulty goods
If you buy goods online as a consumer in the UK, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You also have rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Using the Pucksy app
The Pucksy app and related puck features are provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, improve, suspend, or change features from time to time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, app permissions, internet access, push notifications, Apple frameworks, or backend services.
Pucks and app-linked features
Pucksy pucks are intended to work as part of the wider Pucksy experience. Certain app features may depend on activation, verification, account linking, ownership checks, or other trust and recovery processes. We may restrict, revoke, or require re-verification of puck-linked access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, misuse prevention, or product integrity.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, app, or puck system, including by attempting to interfere with the service, bypass security or verification processes, use the service unlawfully, or submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, branding, graphics, product photography, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Pucksy unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or for consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another part of the UK consumer law framework applies to you and gives you additional rights.
