Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about trying Pucksy.

If you bought a puck directly from pucksy.app and change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@pucksy.app with your order number.

Change-of-mind returns
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items should be returned in their original condition
- You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but if it is returned with damage, excessive wear, or missing parts, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your puck arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@pucksy.app and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process any refund due to your original payment method within 14 days.
If your original order included standard delivery, that cost will be refunded where required by law. Upgraded shipping services are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

App Store purchases
This refund policy applies only to physical products bought directly from pucksy.app. Any purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s own billing and refund policies.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under applicable consumer law.
